More than 250 people from across the region registered to the regional webinar “Implementing the Code and relevant World Health Assembly resolutions in West and Central Africa” organized by UNICEF, World Health Organization, Alive & Thrive, Helen Keller International and IBFAN Afrique in collaboration with the West Africa Health Organization.
The webinar reviewed the state of implementation of the Code in the region, introduced available tools for improving national-level monitoring and enforcement, and shared country experiences from Cote d’Ivoire and Nigeria. The webinar was held simultaneously in French and English on May 26, 2021.
